Stuck on mission "Pact With Rais"

im supposed to pick up this envelope but, there is a guy with an assault rifle on top of this gas station that keeps killing me. I know the envelope is in the general area because of the map but seems impossible to look for it while being shot at. I know I can jump on the roof and try to attack him but i get lit up with bullets before i can reach him. He always knows where i am it seems immpossible to sneak up on him. I feel like i need a gun... Idk where to get one tho : /

You can buy a pistol from a trader for about $6000. You should be able to sneak up on that guy, or just shoot him in the head once and end the madness.

I already had a pistol by this point, so I didn't try the sneaky approach, but it looked like you could climb the building from behind, or jump off the cliff to get him.

I did not see a gun at any of the vendors and no he knows where i am at every time. I tried and failed jumping from the cliff he just shoots you

I tried to burn him wasted 8 molotov and he don't burn, i just jumped on him by the rocks and destroyed his brain.

well i got him. took a few trys because i kept getting blown up by grenades he was throwing but i got him also he left the roof for some reason. Anyway i also got his Rifle thx guys

I have a few guns if you want me to join your game! Anyway, you can find guns inside police cars/vans but you have to be lucky with the RNG. They also pop up in the stores.

Haha, very lucky indeed. I'm 26 hours into the game and still havn't found a single gun in any police vehicles. I ended up having to buy my first pistol for $6000. =P

There's a rock up a hill that's high enough to jump on top with him. That's how I did it.

The guy with envelope was - at least in my case - the one closest to the building. That was shooter's blindspot.

Use a potion. If you take a resistance potion, it will greatly reduce the damage caused by bullet. If I remember correctly, four shots you will be dead. But taking a resistance potion, each bullet only causes 3 or 4 points damage. At low level, you really should think about using potions.

just found out that you can just walk along the wall to avoid bullets to get that one body
