Turn on lights
How do you turn on the lights above the train tracks below the bridge. Ive tried everything, jumping from poles, etc. Any ideas.

You climb all the way up a pole next to it, then jump onto the little platform sticking out from the pole the fusebox is on.

Be sure to hold the jump button and keep the platform in view to grab it.

P.S. I was missing it the first time I tried, but saw a video of player doing it so I kept trying.
