How do I download the free DLC?
I can't find it on Steam and I just got a developer message saying there was free DLC available with some cool stuff like golden fantasy weapons.

It should automatically download. If you click Dying light in your library and scroll down you should see the DLC spot and it will tell you what DLC you have installed.

Weird, I don't see Parkour Fever only Cuisine & Cargo and Be the Zombie...

It's a free dlc, so it's considered an update by Steam. You can find the rare weapons by luck. Hard mode is an advanced option in the campaign save select I believe, and Parkour Fever is started by posters I believe.
