Cannot login to Techland account

I cannot login to my Techland account. I have reset my password multiple times but I can just never login.

I had an issue with my Dockets account (didn't use it in so long and I couldn't reactivate it) so I open a New Support Ticket (top right link) and they fixed it the next day.
