Anyways, OP, just Google "Dying Light backup" and search through the results. That's whaty I did, and one of the first results had the answer.
You could still find it without doing that though, really. Just some file searching. The file you want is something like "save_coop_[*SAVE GAME NUMBER*].sav". All you'd have to do is go to where Dying Light is installed on your computer. The save file is in a folder witha bunch of random numbers for a file name.

Ignore that, just looked it up myself:
"C:\Program Files (x86_)\Steam\userdata\xxxxxx\239140\remote\out\save
file name is save_coop_0.sav"
