Can I run Dying Light?
Looking at the minimum specs, I can't because of my CPU. I really want to play the game, so I'm desperate to see if I can run Dying Light, even if the minimum specs tell me so. My PC out peforms new gen of consoles, so I find it strange I can't run a game that they can.

Here are my specs:
Video card: AMD Radeon R9 200 Series
CPU:AMD FX(tm)-6300 Six-Core Processor
RAM: 8.2GB
OS: Windows 10 64-bit

Optional: If I can run it, can you estimate what settings I can run it on, and at what FPS?

Thanks! :steamhappy:

I have a FX-6100 with a R9 280X (12GB Ram) with Vsync On. I get between 43-60 fps ... but mostly over 50.

I think you Can Run, This Specs are Good For That

Your cpu is fine for the game. The minimum specs seem a tad high. Many people with lower hardware can run the game. Not sure what the minimum specs are aimed at, maybe 60fps at 1080 not sure, but certainly the game is playable with lower specs.

I haven't tried co-op but I can play the campaign solo with no problems. I would assume yours would be fine as well since you have a video card and a hexacore running between 3.5 - 4.1ghz.

Amd A10 5800k @ 4.3ghz
Windows 7
8 gigs of ram
no video card.

AMD Radeon HD 7660D though it is intergrated.

Suprised that is handling the game to be honest, how many fps? what resolution? (would be good to know if others post asking how a similar setup performs

I know it's integrated, it's an Apu. I wrote that specifically so that others would know I wasn't using a card along with the integrated. I should have specified since most people are not familiar with Apu's.

Anyway, I have been running the game at 1280x768 and I average about 28 fps. The highest I set it was 1680x1050 but that lags noticeably and yields about 15 fps. So, no great performance here but I can at least play the game and at the lower resolution it isn't laggy. I can play at better fps on the bottom resolution but the fonts in the game are much harder to read and it looks like crap.

Just to let people know, I am running this game with high texture quality with a steady 40-60 fps.
