how many dlc i neet to get a full game?

there are tons of unknown for me stuff, which pack or list of dlc i neet for a full game?
maybe some of them are cosmetics, skins or some other useless trash, i just bored of browsing.

The only dlc that is worth to get is "The Following" as it is a direct sequel to the main game.

If you don't care about skins and cosmetics, the Enhanced Edition should be enough for you, as it includs The Following and it's cheapter then to get it separately.

[Mythily]

Definitive edition. Some of the weapon DLCs give you weapons that are otherwise not possible to get in the base game, like a good bow (normal bow is shi t) and silenced rifle. It also makes getting good weapons easier (once you get to late game).
