Oh yes, found it too. You must first make the Secret Stone Easter Egg (collect 16 secret stones). Then you are captured by an UFO. After that you have this gun and then you can find the UFO on the position that´s marked in the video.

How do you collect ALL 16 if some are console/PC only?

There is only one console-only and one PC-only, each platform has total of 16. I did it a few days ago, it's pretty easy. Also a Steam guide for it which is pretty informative, with a location map and such.
