Keycard for Military Truck? (Following DLC)

I found a big Military Transport truck on a road that looks like it would have some sweet gear, but the Door is locked by a Keycard Scanner. Is there actually a Card somewhere that'll let me get in? or is it just a prop? If there is? is it something I have to go find? or is it a Story line thing?

You will get the key later in the storyline, you can also find the keycard elsewhere in a box. Whichever comes first, but either way.. you will be able to open those sweet crates eventually. :)

there is two card you can get. one in the dam. and the other one where is there is a demolisher (forgot the name) in a warehouse is.

I don't know if the Dam card works for military crates.. I think its for the nuke. I think the Demolisher box one does though.

hmm not really sure though. couz i havent tried those two cards. and i already know whats inside that truck too. hehe.
