2: benefits are that you keep all your stuff from part one port it over and the savegame is further split between both zones so to say they update automatically you loose from neither side items achievements . You get new animations from zombies new zomby enemy and new weaponry ancient weapons Bows now and crossbow mps semishotguns much more challenges and a storyline and a new faction. i almost forgot the gest legend level with new skillups separate from the old ones and Carupgrades paintjobs incar items like bobbleheads. Ah and you have new ammotypes fitting the crossbow and bow with elemental damage types.
3: somehow it has influence as you can take whatever you buy and get over back to the old town or the slums and use there excluding of course the Buggy it would not make sense in the small steets of harran. If you have more questions shoot im all ear . I hope you get some info out of this m8 and may it be as Fun for you as for me !
It uses a separate save game, thus it is a different campaign, which is accessible through a different option in the start menu. There is no physical connection between the Countryside and the slums or Old Town like is there between both of the older maps, so you must launch the DLC through the menu.
New gear like the crossbow, along with new guns, new blueprints (including ones with the freezing effect, unique to The Following's blueprints), new random events, new activities like the volatile nests, and, of course, a new set of main and side quests.
No effect at at all. All original Dying Light owners received the same update which made the game compatible with The Following DLC.
Thank you both for your replies, I will finish the base game before I get the DLC then :)
I hope you are enjoying.
Oh actualyl one last question, I have these 2 Dockets and not sure on if I should use them now or when I am higher level etc, does it affect the weapon I recieve on my level etc?
Or should I save them for the following
Have Fun and Enjoy M8.
