Point of no return in main quest?
Is there one, What is the best time to scoop up all the side missions?

you'll know it, there'll be a pop-up window informing you.

It's not a point of no return, you can still play after the Finale, it just reverts you to a 'pre-Finale' state (similar to the base game)
