Down the Rabbit Hole bug

For whatever reason, i cant activate/find this quest since it's "gone" on the door. Learned it's a Volatiles nest quest and can't remember if i cleared it out before i got this quest and now it won't disappear.

I'm having the same issue. The "!" icon is on my map, but I can't activate it either, as if I've already picked up the piece of paper to start it, but it didn't register into my Quests. Hopefully someone comes along with a response.

Appearently, its a volitle nest but i don't think you can complete any nest before those nest quests shows up.

A friend told me that if your takin out nests befor this mission appear as job to do the game can get borked by doin so . I hoped that is fixed now meanwhile?! i would check the still known bugs page .

That would make sense, because I think I have like only one left to clear haha. Crap!

It's a Volatile Hive on the west central coastal part of the map. It's in a big cave with lots of rock ledges and water at the bottom.

I don't know if you have to have gone near that area for it to highlight on the map, but it always showed on the map for me.

BTW, I did this hive 2nd to last, and Heart of Darkness last. Both are quest hives, and I did both well after finishing all other hives and the DLC campaign.

If you can't get it to show, maybe check the game file cache for integrity through Steam.

I don't have that ability, I own the game on PlayStation 4. But thank you for your input. My friend that I play with is having the same issue as well. We've both picked up the letter on the door, but it did not activate a quest, the paper on the door is now gone, and the exclamation point on the map still shows. Seems like it's becoming a more common issue.

I have the Xbox One version, and I ran into the same issue! It's just not showing up on the door full of posters! do I have to restart the entire questline to do it?
