Quartermasters and vendor in the following

They don't show any gear to buy/give, not even the dockets. I reached the max trust rank already and it didn't change a thing, is this normal ?

Sounds like a bug. Bilal is the only quartermaster and I assume that you've met him. If so, that's a bug.

Thanks for the info, I'm in the process of reinstalling the game hoping it would wipe any workshop mods that was installed with since I can't go on the workshop to remove them, maybe that will fix the problem, I also wasn't able to redeem dockets at quartermaster in vanilla will update once done for future reference.

Uninstalling and reinstalling did the trick, so until the workshop is back on and you might have items from there downloaded and are running into some issues I'd recommend it to fix them, seems they have compatibility issues with current build
