[Help Please!] Can't unlock safe zones stuck at restore electricity

Hey there reader,
thanks for trying to help me with my problem!

The issue is that I have been to two different safe zones that I attempted to unlock however I would get stuck with:
- a little house and a red lightning bolt
and
- the information: "restore electricity to unlock safe zone".

I have screwed in the fuses into the electric panel. I just can't seem to figure out what I'm missing or whether this might be an issue. Would really appreciate help!

U need to do a side quest where u go to the power plant to restore it. For me that quest unlocked instantly to do it when i found a safezone without power

@ D4rkM4ster thanks a lot for the reply. Is it possible the quest named: Power to the people?
It's all the way on the other side of the map but has power in the name so that could be it?

Yh.. that the one.. the objective sud be at the lower left of the map. Thats where the power plant is.. ;)

Edit: u talk to the mechanic think is called bindal or something. Hes gona say u need to get somethinh before going to the power plant where u gona met with a guy there.
