On military crates. Maybe other military stuff, but so far I only found military crates.

You'll find chests in military trucks etc, they have some special loot. Get searching lol, think I've found two.

oh so it is the same as the ID card that the NPC gives you at some point? I thought maybe it was a key for that Mysterious Box i found at some Boss area : (

There is total of 5 military crates that needs the card and ea one gives up a prototype (gold tier) for the Buggy from engines, tyres, turbo etc...

There is special military trailer on the highway to the east from Jasir farm.I ♥♥♥♥ my pants when i found out what's inside.

There is 2 types of military card.. 1 is for the military crates, that one Jasir gives u, other is the transport military card that u find and it gives u access to the trailer on the highway with a nuke inside of it (probably is what opens the side ending)
