I can't find Mr Volkan, the transmitter is beeping the fastest at the back at of the train near the farm, there is nothing of interest except a cart at the front is shaking, help?

There's a bag in the field near the train then you go to the barn. Just if anyone else is having trouble

Do you know the Barn in the first place you go when you start the dlc? There is someone in there you talk to.
