Rewards from finishing the game on higher difficulties?

Hey guys so will you get an outfit or something for finishing normal game on nightmare? and do you get anything for finishing the following on normal / hard / nightmare ?

You get the satisfaction of having a longer, more difficult game.

I've just finished the main storyline on nightmare difficulty and all what I've got is some special weapon waiting for me at my hideout, wich I can't find for some reason. GG Dev's

Well i probably gonna do it anyhow, but i am curious about the rewards, and if The Following offers rewards for finishing on different difficulites as well.

No achievements for beating the game on hard or a nightmare difficulty that's for sure.
And main story can glitch and you won't recieve any rewards for finishing it. So, yeah.
Based on a pure satisfaction and enjoyment, if you like to get oneshot from any zombie.

If you like to play slowly and casualy (Most of the time), drive yourself deep into a storyline and relax from it by making some sidequest preparations - I'am your man into The Following expansion. Send me a request if you feel like playing co-op.

On hard you get 2 outfits. On nightmare I dunno.

I completed The Following on Nightmare 100% Story mode and 100% Completion and didnt get anything for it...

Actualy you are geting the reward but you need to start NG+
https://dyinglight.fandom.com/wiki/Nightmare_Mode in the end of the article it says "The rewards on each difficulty can be attained by starting NG+".
