FFS....read at the Steam store page,only those purchased Enhanced Edition will be rewarded with this extra content in The Following DLC.
You aren't losing anything,the outfit is ugly so as the car paint,there are so many car paints in the game and better ones,but seriously if you are playing solo,nobody going ever see it.

Again,this content is only valid for those have bought the game when it was converted to Enhanced Edition not before the convertion,got it !

Even if you didn't buy the game directly from steam, you will still recieve them. But it has to be Enhanced Edition + Season Pass, i think.

Bought it before, pre-order with Season Pass.... And i like collect game stuff... And i cant get this oaint and outfit?! Soooo bad

The test gear and paint job are ONLY available to people who bought the newly released full version of the game. The full title of the full version is "Dying Light: The Following - Enhanced Edition". Anyone like me who bought the original game + season pass will NOT get these items.
