military crates not opening

i cannot open the military crates located in train cars, crane enters the little cutscene where he tugs on the lid, but the prompt to spam F does not appear, and the cutscene ends with the lid slightly ajar, but i cannot interact with the blueprint and mods/vehicle parts inside(visible through a crack on the edges)

are they green crates or red boxes? because the two mad scientists from the base game showup later and give you something that will open those

Update: I just got a military keycard from Jusir (or whatever his name is) so you might need that to open them. Maybe the thing the twins give you just help locate the chests
