How to beat the "Big Rammer" in the following...

...on difficulty hard ? (in german he is called "Brüller"). A siedequest in the following.

I tthrew 20 grenades on him, a full load of MP40, a full load of the police-gun, molotov-cocktail... and he still had 3/4 of his health.

i did use the time gaps that he needed to pick the next stone up to throw to run close to him still on roof unloading my semishotgun 2 /3 times then cover duck behind roof and rins repeat once his helmet is destroyed he takes damage . just make sure you have full ammo. if you have problem gettin ammo look for the military outposts. 2 or 3 elite skill upgrades in Guns helps here as well.

i fired about 200 shots with each of those guns on his helmet/face....oh, and i still had that semi-automatic shotgun.....that's why i do with the regular Rammer. But this one ... ?!

A special point on his face/body to shot ?

Use the crossbow it's massively OP. And thats with regular bolts. The helmet comes off easily and if you've got high ground, as silver said, you will have no probs.

it wasn't my first try .... i tried it before with that crossbow and he always showed me +150 points but no movement on his health bar.... that last one was my Big Try, armed to the teeth and he was still laughing@me :-D

If you mean the Freak that is called the "Holler" in English?

Use Toxic grenades or throw powerful melee weapons at him. You can dodge into the door of the house and retrieve them when he's stunned.

Okay I get it this is a super necro but I found the ultimate easy kill trick. Just shoot his helmet off wt the shotgun, then throw weapons wt 1k+ damage at his head, one hit easily takes off a quarter of his lifepoints!
