Place where mutants spawn
Hi guys, i'm looking for a place where i can farm some mutants. There are few in the prison but i don't want to replay it so many times... Is there any place where one respawns every time i go to sleep, like this big dudes with hammers?

They are called Goons, or mutated Goons in your case. As long as you're referring to the giants with concrete Rebar hammers.

Yeah, 2 of them are guaranteed to spawn inside the "Parking Lot" quarantine zone in Old Town - just be aware that there are 3 Bombers there as well,
(1-2 that are not accounted for, who end up suiciding in the intro cutscene of the zone once you enter it)
so I would recommend using Camouflage and/or Dahlia's Cloak Potion while exploring so you don't end up being exploded by any of the 3 remaining Bombers.

The Bombers and Goons also spawn in the same locations every single time.
If you're playing on Hard or Nightmare, although quite, quite rare, you can get Legendary weapons from unlocking the GRE (3-5 I believe), and 1 white Hard chests found inside the zone, not to mention there are some lockers that are full with crafting components, and sweets scattered towards the middle and end of the quarantine, in case you want to heal without using medkits.

The crafting components and food items are really close to both Goons and 2/3 Bombers.

No no, not the guys with concrete rebar hammers ^^ I'm talking about the bigger ones with swat-like armor, in my game (polish version) they are called just "mutants" and sometimes they randomly spawn in old town as this blue event, but it's too random and i'm looking for a place where i can find 1 every time. I need 20 for mission :(

Except random encounters in Old Town and the 3 ones that are guaranteed in the Prison, I can't think of any other possibilities where the Demolishers are spawning as a whole.
They don't spawn in the Slums at all, only in the Prison and Old Town either through random encounters, or in certain places perhaps.
(there must be a map on their spawn points somewhere online)

The only other way to get Demolisher kills is to own and play "The Following" DLC. They spawn in the Countryside all the time, almost everywhere. You're guaranteed to encounter one at least every 3-5 minutes just by exploring, another potential kill that might help your quest (from Pilgrim Outpost by the looks of it since I had the exact same task yesterday as well) is by finding and murdering the mutated Demolisher that's a Freak of Nature boss in the Countryside.

Idk your intension when playing the game, but for me I want to get this Bounty stuff done as fast as possible.
Yes, you can do 7 Prison runs and get 21 Demolishers (aka Mutants for you ^^), or you can goof 5 hours through The Following. Pretty sure you'll get also 20 Demos.
But as said: this takes (too much) time.

One hint for the Goons. Not Parking Lot is the place to be, Underground Parking it is.
Instead of playing the Zone (Parking Lot) you can just enter and leave the Underground Parking. Right in the front you'll get 2 Goons and 3 Toads (!) everytime you leave the UP Zone.

Requirements for the Mutants:
Access to Old Town. a strong Bow like Ranger or Bozak Bow. At best 100% story. I'm not sure for some spawns, when you are not at 100% (been a while xD).

Altough you're gonna hunt in OT, we start in the Slums. Go to the Construction Side where you found the Dynamite for Jaffar. There's an entrance to the sewers (Antenna Mission), that gives you fast access to OT.
Entering OT you are at the City Wall, Riverside. Now the Mutant Route begins. :3
Head the street straight ahead. After a few meters there will be an Encounter and it will be a Mutant Encounter. Kill it, go on. Travel through the Blue District and go to the Fan Zone. 2nd Encounter. Go further straight till the end of the City Wall, then right. Near the Tower Save Zone is another guranteed Encounter, 3rd Demo.
Climb over the City Wall and head your way to the water. On the other side the 1st Radio Tower is there. Move on forward you'll find a big square, it's usually another place for an Encounter. I often get here 2 Demos, 1 Goon.
Important now kill those 2 Demos with the Bow, leave the Goon alive.

Go further, then turn left a bit, then right there is another square. Again, 2 Demos and mostly 1 Toad. Kill the 2 Demos with the bow, leave the Toad alive.

Now, run back to the 1st square. Here you'll see, that the 2 Demos have respanwned.
Kill them again, move to the 2nd square. And again 2 Demos have respawned.
A bit cheesy, but in this spot, you'll get those 20 kills done in a few minutes.
Well, 17 kills. Cause you had 3 Demos before. ;-)

For the screaming child is a similar way to get them fast. Will explain if needed.
I get like 7-8 Screamers in about 3 minutes.

In Old Town help survivor missions spawn in certain areas. There are several that will spawn as you approach the area. In the south of Old Town, west of the lake the buildings make a square in the middle. The help mission has two mutants and usually another special zombie. Kill the two mutants, leave the other special zombies and run out to the south.
Just south and slightly east is another square formed by buildings. This one should have a wall with a door into the square. Same thing, should be a couple mutants with another special zombie. Kill the mutants, leave the other special zombie alive. Now head back to the first square you were at and if you left the other special zombie alive you should now have two more mutants to kill. Rinse and repeat. You can only loot the mutants the first time you kill them, but you can use the blood camo skill on any you kill. Note I am not talking about the square area north of the quarantine zone. First square has a merchant on south side and second square is west of herb icon in lake.

Yes it's a mission from Pilgrims Outpost :D Even there, description says that i need to kill "Mutants" so i guess it's just a bad translation because "Demolisher" is a totally different thing in my language.

Anyway thanks guys, i appreciate your help! Gonna hunt them in countryside then ^^
