I have already done the one in the canal. Maybe I need to do the one near the hotel?

I am now at the other door, the one near the hotel, and it's not allowing me in either. It did for those making the videos though :(

Did you try making that quest the active quest? Not sure if it'll help, but the fist pic you showed is the way in, I believe.

First off, it's bad forum etiquette to start two separate threads for the same issue.

You also post images of two different doors in this thread. Your original post is showing the Town Hall door, which you'll be able to open, once you get to that step in "The Bunker" quest. (You're not there yet, because it's showing that you haven't talked to Thabit yet in that quest).

The second image of a door you posted in your second message in the thread looks like a door you could open to continue "The Fountain" quest, but if it isn't, you aren't standing in front of the right door yet, (a lot of the doors in Old Town look like that). There's no order to turning on the valves in this quest, you just have to find the correct doors for each valve.

You'll also find it a lot easier to follow the necessary steps needed to complete a quest, by actually tracking the quest. In the screenshots you uploaded, you can see that you're tracking "The Bunker" and not "The Fountain". Go back to the tracking the Fountain, and when you get to the valve you're having trouble finding, open your map, and post the screenshot showing the waypoints.

Finally, if you go back to the other thread you started, and watch the entire Youtube video, (or any other one showing The Fountain quest), you should be able to find the correct doors to turn on all three valves.

No. Both quests are independent of each other.

That means that once I'm done with TB, it won't mean that those stupid doors for Fountain will allow me in, again :(

No. The Bunker and The Fountain are two separate quests that don't depend on each other in any way. You can complete both, and then later if you want, you can go back to either the valve locations or the Town Hall, and enter there again if you want to.

Not being dependent on each other, means that completing TB won't mean a thing towards Fountain.
I was hoping that by completing TB, it would allow me to open the remaining doors in Fountain.
I found that seal from TB. I'll go back to one of the remaining doors in Fountain and see if they're available now.

The reason that you can't open the door to the Fountain valve room is because you're not trying the correct door, and has nothing to do with the Bunker quest.

If you still can't find the right door and want help, don't post a picture of the door. Identify which valve you're trying to open, and then when you get to that location, post a picture of your map, with the waypoints, and then the part of the building where you think the door is. Like you did in your original thread.

Look around a bit ~ a couple of the doors can be tricky to spot ( as you track that quest of course ). You'll find them.

The door for the Hotel valve is to the left of the door you took a picture of. Your door is to the right of the swinging gate. The door to the Hotel valve is to the left. You can watch the player run right by your door, to the correct door, at this point in this video.
