Where to take the Airdrops in Sector 0 to?

I used to bring'em to the Quartermaster in the Slums. But here in Sector 0, I don't see any quatermaster

There is a quartermaster in Sector 0, you may need to progess the main story a bit.

There is a quarter master in the University. If you go in the back area or just explore the university, you will find spike and he will be a quarter master where you can bring your drops to. There are also quarter masters placed throughout the map that are not in safezones
