Tower safe house in the country side bugged?

Is that bugged? I've found/fixed two power relays but the house is still not safe and the lights are not on.

I've died there numerious times now crawling around looking for a third relay, either falling and/or being attacked by spitting volaliles. I've ended up there as night was falling multiple times and wanted to turn on the safezone. and rage quit the same number of times after not finding a way to turn it on... sooo frustrating.

Am i missing something?

i cant remember but it was outt side i thought they were power poles or something and then turn them on at third location.. follow the lines sorry thats my best recollection.

Nope, there's only two switches on that one, as the guide says. You probably left a zombie somewhere, you need to kill them all.

Yeah, there are some zombies right at the bottom of the tower. If you have killed them and still no safehouse, in that case, you may have one side quest to do first where you have to bring some part to a guy near the dam. He was fixing the power supply to the whole countryside. So, check that you have done this quest also. Hope this help.

Oh!!! Yes that does explain it. I haven't done that quest yet.

My most recent round of failures to enable the safe house happened as I was making my way to the dam. It was getting dark and I though, ok, this time i'll definitely get the ligths on... frustration ensued ending in a rage quit :)

I'm off to find the dam!
