Report a translation problem
In side quests that involve a LONG swim out of a cave, you're usually given an easy route to follow along a diver's safety line. Also, literally ALL the guns in that questline are contained in the same type case, so it's not hard to figure when you've found the quest item. Besides that, the objective when complete always shows onscreen via text.
As for worst questline, I'd say the "Psycho" side quest, that ends with having to break X amount of zombie legs in a short time. A lot of the side quests are getting buggier with each patch too, with NPCs or zombies falling through the ground and such.
