Can't Find Any Pump Action Shotguns

So, the release of the enhanced edition added pump action shotguns (known as hunting shotguns) as well as semi automatic shotguns; I'm sure some of you already know that. My issue is that I was able to get my hands on pump action shotguns after the original enhanced edition release, but after a few title updates (I'm on PS4, which has been updated since the release of enhanced edition) pump action shotguns stopped appearing in shops and the pump action shotgun I had in my player stash had converted to a semi automatic shotgun.

I should also clarify that I do not own The Following expansion pack, as I understand that the two new shotguns may be exclusive to this expansion pack. However, the weapons being expansion-exclusive would not explain why I am still able to purchase semi automatic shotguns from stores.

tl;dr: I play on PS4. I acquired a pump action shotgun when the enhanced edition update was released. My pump action shotgun has since been replaced with a different type of shotgun and I can't find find another pump action shotgun. I did not purchase The Following.

I would also like to apoligise if posting a PS4 question on Steam is heresy or something like that.

The engraved semi auto shotgun and barrel smg dont seem to follow the same rules as the other guns from the following. you need the dlc for them

Yeah, the semi auto I keep finding is the engraved, so that sounds about right. Fir enough, I guess I'll just stop looking for a pump action in the base game then.
