Stuffed turtle farming?

I just tried it but got no legendary xp at all. Am I late for this party or what?

I did get survival xp however.

Well the thing is I already had two trees maxed out and I was level two legendary when I had about 300 packages in my inventory. I switched it to nightmare and went to the quartermaster but only got survival xp which maxed out my third skill tree, but no legen. xp

Exactly. You don't get Legend exp unless the tree the exp would have gone to is maxed out.
