Issue accessing DLC for Definitive Edition

I purchased Dying Light Definitive Edition through www.fanatical.com. I redeemed my game key though Steam and the game works fine on my Steam Deck but I am unable to access any of the DLC/bundles that came with this edition because I keep getting a error message that says "DYING LIGHT DEFINITIVE DLC COLLECTION: There was a problem adding this product to your account. Please try again later." I own the DLC but can't use it. Please help and thanks in advance.

What do you see in "Manage DLCs" section of your Library > Dying Light ?

Are all dlcs there? Are they ticked off or on? There should be like 30+ dlcs in there if you have the Definitive Edition.

It's shows I have all the DLC with a checkbox next to it. Do I have to complete the prologue first then, I'll have access to the DLC content?
