Starting the Following on Level 5

I started the Following on survival skill lvl 5 and I did fine. I am sure you can start that DLC also on level 1 survival skill, and have no issue. Recommended level 15 is just BS, you can start it any level you like.

You clearly spend a lot of time playing video games so I can safely assume you have quite a number of hours in Dying Light. Meaning, no ♥♥♥♥ you can start at level 1. I could start at level 1 if I wanted. I could do every mission at level 1. Most people with average experience could do it at level 1. The warning, and reccomendation to start at level 15 or higher, is for those who are new or still haven't done a full playthrough of the base game.

The Following is meant to be played after you finish Campaign. Unless you're coming from another platform, otherwise you've just rushed through the game and missed a lot of fun and experience.

On my replay, I started the Following at a very early point just so I could get the Enhanced Crossbow for use in the Harran campaign.

That's not what it means at all. Also you should learn to read. It's a reccomendation that you wait until level 15, not a necessity or an order.
