freaks of natures not spawning

i havent fought any of the freaks of natures yet they dont show up on my map and they dont spawn where they are suppost to be

verify integrety? i mean are you sure you are looking in the right place, some of them appear inside buidings
maybe another guy joined your save once and killed them all

i have it on private all the time and its happening on my friend's save too

Freaks of Nature never respawn, once killed, they're gone forever.

You can manually respawn them by doing this.

Main Menu > Play > The Following > Save > Advanced > Restart From Quest > The Way Out. Afterwards you can restart again from either Gaining Credence or The Following to quickly boost your story %. Restarting from The Following will spawn you at the beginning of final mission, after completion your story will be at 100%, however all side quests and safe zones will reset.

Restarting doesn't affect your buggy or skill-trees, neither inventory.

he never fought them though - and was on private so wouldnt that be a bug on his end

Regardless, OP can try using respawning method.
