CANNOT REDEEM CUISINE & CARGO

CUISINE & CARGO is listed as free inside DL & when I launch / click it & go to store it says its 88 cents. In the expansion tab it still shows there was free. How do I fix this and redeem it?

It is free If you own the season pass.

When you still go to the page with the DLC does it still say that you have to buy it or does it say to play/ install?

UH it still says free in game and that I have to buy it on steam? How do I know if I own season pass?

In your library, right click on Dying Light. You should now have a tab with a lot of options, open the one called DLC, and see what you own.
