Report a translation problem
For example, very early in the first level you pass a door on your right that is barred with a gate and has a lever on the other side. In the next room, you can climb up the beams to an upper level and drop down on the other side of the gate.
The Surtr one is tricky because the game seems to have issues registering decapitations... I found it counted them more effectively if I used a two-handed sword. As for maiming, using the slide-kick to break legs or chopping off legs worked well for me. Basically, any move that puts the enemy on the ground (still alive) and unable to get back up counts.
