OK wtf with the toads?

Haven't played in..... a long time. did they just explode the toad spawn rate? Cause good lord they just seem to be around every other block. Finding them more annoying than virals.

they have defined spawn areas nothing has changed. they are more common in the slums than in old town. in the countryside though they sort of have random spawns but thats for all types of special ones.

in the slums they are mostly found around the railroads
