Big Bang Thesis not showing up

I've done all quests and side quests except Big Bang Thesis and Total Security. They just won't show up. Jaffar and Kurt are standing like rocks and I can't do anything. Is there a way to trigger these quests or do I have to start from the beggining to get the 100% completion achievement?

I don't know if this will work but there is a "Restart from Quest" option:

Main Menu> Play> Campaign> Advanced [F]
(you can't be tracking a DLC quest for this option to appear)

It might allow you to re-trigger the quest.

I've already tried it and unfortunately it didn't work :(

So, after completing Steal From a Thief I guess u got call from Kurt while u were some far from them and going back to Jaffar you found he is not talking, right? If this is the issue then check integrity of ur files.

Honestly, I don't know if I got the call from Kurt, since it was a long time ago. However I did check my file integrity and even reinstalled the game and it didn't help.

Honestly, I don't know if I got the call from Kurt, since it was a long time ago. However I did check my file integrity and even reinstalled the game and it didn't help.

Just go enough far from them and just stay standing somewhere safe for say 30 mints or so (or do a quarantine zone and dont leave slums) and see if u get call or not but don't let the game to go as pause while idle experiment it.. the mission will only trigger after u get call.. so waiting far is imp.
PS: before the above step check in ur completed quest list is there Steal from a Thief exists or showing incomplete,
If this does not work then i only see NG+

I wandered around slums and did some challenges and Jaffar finally called. Thanks :)

Did you find a fix for this? I'm having the exact same problem.
