so how to play the pvp become a zombie mode?

i never played it before, just tried it now and in 15 attempts literally 14 times someone just left and i got disconnected. One time someone was just afk.

You are unlucky. For people who never learned basics pvp is just constant dying animation. It is frustrating. i quit my first 3 games in the middle as well. People disconnecting just cant do pvp. You would have had bad time if they didnt disconnect.
However there are people and parties hoping that they get invaded. I am one of them. Keep trying is the only advice i can give you.
