92% Completion despite all side quests completed?

Does anyone know what counts toward 100% completion? I have 100% on the story, but overall I guess I am missing something. Has anyone experienced this before?

• All Side Quests (a few can be missed, check your Diary in main menu)
• NPC challenges
• DLC Content like Hellraid, Prison and Bozak (not The Following)

Collectibles do not count towards the 100%.
And if I remember correctly, the Parkour Challenges also don't count.

White Shield reappearing: that's normal. you can ignore them.

It's probably counting DLC for completion rate, so did you do all of it?

I did not touch any DLC content. Can anyone confirm that DLC does count towards 100%?

I just realized something; did you also do all the Parkour challenges?
They're not listed under the sidequests, but do count for completion AFAIK.

Hmm, then either it's the DLC, or the game's gone wonky.

There is something that I thought was weird - after I have completed the story all protection missions (white shield on the map) in the slums have reappeared. Is that a bug?
