Enhanced has the season pass, and some other DLC's.
Platinum has the season pass, and all the skins released until that point. But it doesn't include ALL dlc's as more skins were released after the Plat Edition was announced.
I suggest Enhanced because plat has only skins to offer and a crappy DLC called Hellraid.

The game offers a lot of pointless junk (cosmetic bloat). All you really need is base game + The Following. TBH, The Following was a step backward compared to the base game, but if you get both you can consider it complete.

Installed is ~33gb - I guess I have enhanced, but I can't remember if I got the DLC afterwards, because I've had the game for a while
