If you level up the agility all the way you can get unlimited running Stamina. You can also use Stamina boosters, if it really means that much to you. As for modding, I would just go to WeMod and use their option to level agility all the way up.
But I found another solution, in the xml in Documents\DyingLight\out\data\skills, there is a line for "SprintExhausted", I changed the number to 0 and I'm gonna try testing if it worked tomorrow, will report back if it does.
The limited stamina is hardly a hindrance. You can run and climb for quite some time before slowing down. And even when you do run out of stamina, it takes a few seconds for it to recover, which you can speed up with a bug. Kick and it auto resets run stamina.
Anyways, as you level up, you increase your total stamina (up to infinite) as well as climbing speed, which offers a sense of progression. You're really vastly overestimating how much of an issue the stamina is. I get the feeling you haven't even played the game enough to experience this. I hardly ever notice my stamina running out before I'm max level.
Edit: you have 4.3 hrs on record on the game. You haven't experienced enough of the game to really judge whether that's an issue or not yet.
