where is the Van Crane Sword?

I completed the necessary requirements, but do not see the sword anywhere.

Same, i got the dlc and i do not know how to get the new items ( the weapons , the costume i found it the stash ) .

Like on any other DLC weapon, you get a blueprint for crafting them.
That means, you still need a base weapon and some crafting materials to get them.
Check your Inventory > Blueprints > DLC weapons

You have to equip the Van Crane skin and edged weapons (excluding the axe and daggers, I think) will be able to boomerang.

The "boomerang" ability is only used if you have the throw weapon ability. The thrown weapon will have a rope attached to it and bring it back to you hand so you don't have to go pick it up. The DLC weapons are crafted from the blueprints menu in the DLC section.

IF YOU GOT THE VAN CRAN DLC MAKE THE PISTOL FROM IT AND GO TO THE PARKING LOT COMPLETE THE PARKING LOT ABOUT 5 TIMES USE THE PISTOL ON THE VIRALS ONLY IT WILL ONE SHOT KILL THEM FOR THE REST OFF THE ZOMBIES JUST USE A BOW OR SHOTGUN YOU SHOULD GET THE SWORD IN YOUR INVANTRY OR IN YOU STASH AT THE SAFEHOUSE THIS IS DOING AT MIGHTMARE LEVEL OTHER LEVELS MIGHT BE EASIER

Not DLC...the Halloween event rewards.

Completed all 3 challanges, but got nothing. Shows I completed them in the quest menu.

it shold be an reward for killing 15 Night Hunter

I got the reward, but it does less than 400 damage. I also completed the challenge to kill 10 goons, which gives you a gold weapon reward, but I got no reward. I think possibly because my inventory was full. Nothing in stash, nothing from quartermaster, and nothing dropped on the floor.
