I just wanted to post this question, because I am not really sure how am I supposed to complete this challange.

My question is: Is it needed to have all of the 50 requisition packs in my inventory at once, or I can spend them for crafting some items?

Besides, yesterday I've gained an achievement, where you have to save 15 hostages out of Rais' people (those armed ones, with guns and black clothes) hands and according to my maths, 15 times 4 equals 60, so... :]

Not sure the guys who drop requisition packs count for that achievement, you can rescue hostages from normal Rais' men as well. Check your inventory for how many requisition packs you have and yes you need 50 at once.

There is a bounty Board, Bounty for 50 req packs. One req packs, only crafts 10 rounds of subsonic ammo. I don't find it worth it.

Really, I need to have those 50 requisition packs in my inventory at ONCE? Jesus Christ, this will take 10 years for me to complete without cloning.

Wait what? Those guys with black clothes don't count? I mean, they drop req packs so it'd be kinda weird if they wouldn't count...

So, all hours that I've spent for finding those bastards and looting them for the req packs, then spending those for crafting subsonic ammunition are like, lost?

With the new rust event, you can just go to one of the new outpost, and kill the 2 men there. then simply log out, and log back in the rinse and repeat! Also, the 'saving hostages from rais's people' can be done without the men in black (in the slums) so not sure if that helped towards your achievement!
