Seeking Console Commands for PC
^ About to buy Dying Light, but think Console Commands would be very helpful to avoid getting bogged down in grinding. Used sparingly they can be really helpful, and beside I bought the game for ME to play and enjoy. Thx for any advice.

There's no Console Commands for this game. That's not Painkiller to use cheat codes in game / manipulating the game mechanic. Even if it would be possible in game: You would take a risk being VACBanned by doing so due the online session.

If you're talking about using mods: Then yes, you can use mods on singleplayer without any risk, but using mods online may be risky if VAC is enabled. No matter is it used for fun or just for testing purposes.

you physically cannot play with anyone else unless they have the same data as you if you play with mods, vac on or off makes no difference because the game stops you from online interaction with altered data.

if you are hacking the mods into online play that is different and requires cheat engine and such. which then its not modding its hacking

I know how it works. I never tried to use such a thing like that. I didn't had a problems to pass the game on "Hard" as the new player. I already saw some players in my lobby with modded things, so it's not my first encounter with a persons what uses modded / custom things public without having mods installed. I even know how the game works if there's one mod installed or more.

Guess I was unclear about something, I'm only wanting to do this in SOLO play! In Fallout 3?, I had a lot of fun collecting via co
nsole coding weapons and all their mods to try to build the perfect weapon, whole side game for me. Have never played MultiPlayer so far, but that is whole different things and even if you could cheat, that would be stupid.
