Outfits from DLC's
Any reason to use any other outfit except The Ninja Outfit that makes your footsteps silent? I was curious if there are some bonuses from other outfits. Not sure about The Shu Warrior outfit, if it's really makes harder for zombies to catch you with their grasps. Anyone can throw some info?

Outfits change nothing except of cosmetic. Zombies can't hear your footsteps at all, they can easier detect you while you are running nearby, but not by footstep sounds.

How does answer my question? I was asking about outfits, not weapons and design of such

There are 10 different "perks" defined in the game's "perks" file that outfits can have active on them so that different outfits can have different bonuses when worn. For some reason Techland doesn't use them (except #10).

While the Ninja outfit does have the "SkipStepSound(true)" property active on it that makes footfall sounds silent, it doesn't have an actual outfit "perk" active on it.

There is only one outfit that actually does possess a "perk" as far as I can see and that is the "Shu Warrior" DLC outfit. It has the "Perk("Perk_Outfit10")" property defined on it and Perk 10's "skill id"/perk id is "Outfit10". Perk 10 reduces the chance of being grabbed by enemies by 50%.

That outfit is also advertised as reducing the chance to be grabbed significantly:

"...a new outfit which significantly reduces the danger of being grabbed by zombies (both Biters and Volatiles)..."
https://store.steampowered.com/app/1184350/Dying_Light__Shu_Warrior_Bundle/

These are the 10 official perks defined in the file, but only #10 is used as I noted above:

- Max Health +10%
- Enemy Grab Chance -5%

Perk 2
- Max Health +15%

Perk 6
- Max Health +35%
- Enemy Grab Chance -30%
- Electric Damage Received -25%
- Fire Damage Received -25%
- Flashlight Drain Rate -20%

@StinVec
Thank you very much. That was the answer I was looking for.
Techland could done the same with other outfits as well. I can't see why the Volcan Combat Armor could not get you more damage resistance etc.
