So what's better in the Enhanced Edition?
I already own all DLCs of the "normal" version.

I only just bought the game and sat comparing the regular with the enhanced before choosing enhanced and from the list of what's included it looked like the only thing in enhanced that you couldn't buy separate was "cuisine and cargo, two extra quarantine zones", beyond that it looks like it's simply the game + season pass + all other stand alone DLC

I could be wrong of course as I have no experience with the regular edition, I just bought it because of the coupon (and they let the coupon work on the enhanced edition) so I picked up "Everything" for $15

Okay, does it import my savegames?

I suggest you do it manually with a backup.

Everything!!! If you can afford the Enhanced edition get it. It's usually only 20$ here and on other sites.

But I've already resolved the main game and the expansion and the Season Pass stuff. What's the exact difference between both version?

So basically, The difference between Dying Light and Dying Light Enhanced edition is that the enhanced edition gives you all main DLC's in one package without having to buy them separately each. In my opinion, the enhanced edition is marketed towards people who're new to Dying Light who are also looking foward to having the extra content such as the following all in one. The enhanced part doesn't really matter as much because both versions include the update where the graphics/ Artificial intelligence are improved while including new animations.

Well it's not a different base game, the enhanced is just a bundle of DLC add ons for the base game. As a new buyer I didn't have anything and all I did was look closely at the App ID numbers of what was includes with every purchase option

Dying Light by itself is App ID 239140
https://steamdb.info/app/239140/

Then you look at bundles and packages that include this App
https://steamdb.info/app/239140/subs/

Enhanced Edition is a bundle that includes the same base game + 19 DLC and tools, 20 pieces total

Dying Light (same App ID as buying regular game), then:
Dying Light Season Pass
Dying Light Developer Tools
Dying Light - The Following (Dying Light: The Following)
Dying Light Ultimate Survivor Bundle
Dying Light- Crash Test Skin Pack (Dying Light - Crash Test Skin Bundle)
Dying Light - The Bozak Horde (Dying Light: The Bozak Horde)

All of those appear to be buyable seperate as add ons

but listed with no price are:

Dying Light - Be the Zombie
Dying Light - Cuisine & Cargo
Dying Light - Punk Queen Weapon Pack
Dying Light - Buzz Killer Weapon Pack
Dying Light - Night Club Weapon Pack
Dying Light - The Lacerator Weapon Pack
Dying Light - The Constable Weapon Pack
Dying Light - Wrench Kiss Weapon Pack
Dying Light - Ninja Outfit
Dying Light - Urban Explorer Outfit
Dying Light - Special Agent Outfit
Dying Light - Custom Maps
Dying Light - Custom Maps 2

So those are either free add ons or only available in specific bundle packs

What's listed as DLC (check marks) in Library are:
Dying Light - Be the Zombie
Dying Light - Buzz Killer Weapon Pack
Dying Light - Cuisine & Cargo
Dying Light - Custom Maps
Dying Light - Custom Maps 2
Dying Light - Night Club Weapon Pack
Dying Light - Ninja Outfit
Dying Light - Punk Queen Weapon Pack
Dying Light - Special Agent Outfit
Dying Light - The Bozak Horde (Dying Light: The Bozak Horde)
Dying Light - The Constable Weapon Pack
Dying Light - The Following (Dying Light: The Following)
Dying Light - The Lacerator Weapon Pack
Dying Light - Urban Explorer Outfit
Dying Light - Wrench Kiss Weapon Pack
Dying Light Season Pass
Dying Light Ultimate Survivor Bundle
Dying Light- Crash Test Skin Pack (Dying Light - Crash Test Skin Bundle)

So 18 of the 20 pieces from the bundle show up listed as DLC in library (with developer tools and base game being the other 2 parts to make the 20 from the steam bundle list)

Like I said earlier, the only reasons I bought enhanced is because as a bundle this came out cheaper (only $15 total) with the coupon than buying the regular and then all the DLC individually

Some of those DLC (like cuisine and cargo) also do not appear to be buyable individually, you can't seem to get them unless you buy something that includes them (they might all be in the season pass for all i know)

The only things I don't own are 5 skin packs:
Harran Ranger
Gun Psycho
Volitile Hunter
White Death
Vintage Gunslinger

That would be another $15 and I didn't see the point in doubling the price just for cosmetics

Harran Ranger and Volatile Hunter Packs are NOT just cosmetic. Other than the Last Hope, which is free, These two DLC provide the greatest offensive power for early game (other than combining skills with environmental hazards). There are many advantages, but the most noticeable are:

Volatile Hunter Bundle provides late game equivelant bllueprins for the early game.

The Volatile Hunter Baton is exploitable, similar to the Last Hope, eventually providing over 7k damage on a one handed weapon.

Volatile Hunter Knife is the only way to get a God Hammer/Angel Sword effect on a knife.

Harran Ranger Bundle provides the highest damage rated* bow in the game, with blueprints for elemental arrows. All this can be crafted after a minor amount of scavaenging for crafting supplies. Unlike the cheap regular bow, this one is functional with improved trajectory and hit-box. Normally players would have to unlock all these blueprints through multiple challenges within Bozak Horde, which is unlikely for a new player and or new Crane.

These packs will also go on sale at times.

Reference:
Last Hope better than Vault Hunter Baton!? Wow.

*Note: Higher "rated" damage than Bozak Bow or crossbows; however, actual damage vs. enemies is odd in this game. For instance, a crossbow will one-shot certain targets while a bow, firearm, and even exploited melee weapons require two head-shots.

Ditto on the Harran Ranger and Volitile Hunter packs as must have paid " add-ons ". Both are extremely useful, whereas the others...not so much.

The customer service sent me an email and said that it's just a bundle. Nothing has changed, If you own all DLCs, it's the same game.

You could tell that from the app ID's which is why I linked the bundles earlier, I just don't know what DLC if any are unique to that specific bundle
