which one make the weapon the most damagable ?

From orange blueprints, that would be Toxic Reaper, Bolter Poison, Angel Sword, All-In-One and God Hammer.

From upgrade modifications, King and Clicker are the best. You can get kings from lockpicking anything that's hard/very. About clicker this is an easter egg, it's dropped from the zombie that comes out of the elevator, it's one of the side missions in old town.

Not sure, try to go back to that elevator location, if that doesn't work then I suppose you'll need to start NG+ or restart the game from mission before that.

If u have the dying light "the following" dlc. get kings from doing side missions. You can help tolga and fatin. Sooner or later they will give you a military authorisation card. you then go and find crates. beeping sounds will appear as you come closer to these crates around the map. they contain a blueprint for cars, a weapon and 1 king,
