Cease and Desist - recover Erol's duffle bag [GLITCH]

Hey so I've got this problem, when Erol sends you to recover his bag in second floor in the school, after you open all lockers objective should be updated, but nothing happens.

I tried to re-enter the location and opened the lockers again, but it didn't help.

I am going for the whole story achievement and I can't complete this quest because of this bug. Anyone knows how to solve this? I could not find anyone who had similar problem before.

Try go to Brecken's Tower and sleep for several days while having quest track into something else, if this didn't work try to kill yourself and hopefully that updates the quest.

I quit the game during Erol's duffle quest, and when I loaded my save, Crane was in that school. I went through the showers and after opening the lockers in that next room I got a checkpoint on the quest as Crane said: "Empty, yeah."
