No sound in-game?
I was hoping someone might be able to tell me why I'm only able to hear sound during the intro and opening cutscene? After that, I can't hear anything at all in the game. Thank you in advance!

I have this issue as well. Every other game installed works fine with audio.

I suggest a forum search ~ this topic has come up several times I the past. I don't recall any individual fixes though, sorry.

Did you make any changes to your PC recently, audio wise? I know people have had problems in the past with audio codecs missing or conflicting ones. I think I recall someone having problems with k-lite codec, if it's installed. Sorry I can't be more specific I'm at work atm..

I've also had the opposite problem in the past, where I couldn't hear the cutscene audio, or certain youtube videos as well. Seems updating my audio drivers changed my system's audio to 7.1 surround, took me a while to discover the cause, but switching my audio back to stereo fixed it.

I did just remember one thing I discovered with my game in the beginning ~ disable any " audio enhancements " in your system Sound settings/properties. DL had issues with this.

I can confirm this will happen if you are using headphones that operate via bluetooth.

To correct, go into your sound properties in windows (Right click on the volume icon in the task bar, select sounds then playback tab). You should have two bluetooth devices listed, one a headset and another headphones (the headphones should be set as your default device). DISCONNECT the headset (disconnect, not disable as disable does not fix the problem for some reason). You will have to do this each time you play.

That should hopefully fix your problem.
