How do I use the UV Flashlight behind me?

I'm replaying the game, and just encountered the first night session. I can't escape from Volatiles, because the keybinds for looking back and flashing are impossible. B and G are impossible to hit together when running, so I tried setting it to a pair of mouse buttons that I COULD both hit at once. That still didn't work; when I press both at once, the Light repeatedly 'ticks' without turning on. What's a good MKB combination for using the UV Light on pursuing Volatiles?

Not that you even should need it, I beat the entire game without even using it

I've never used it either...or looked behind when running come to think of it.

Just as easy to drop a flare while running ~ slows it for a sec or two giving you a bit more distance.

While running hold shift and hold B to look behind to use UV or quick drop flare.
