How do I start a new The Following game without deleting?
I want to make a new The Following game save but it seems like the only option is to delete the save. If I delete my The Following save will I still keep my levels?

i wouldnt advise deleting the following save.. pretty sure it takes ur main campaign save with it.. not sure you can start a new save just for the following while keeping main character

u select following and game will crate new save u will have option new game witch u need to select

Don't do that. The saves are bound together. You will lost ALL.
Just restart TF. PLAY > Following > Advanced > Start from quest > No way out

Yes, as others said The Following save is permanently tied to your Campaign save. You can't delete it otherwise it'll delete your entire Campaign save.

But you don't have to. Despite The Following not having NG+ option such as Campaign, its story can still be restarted as XeRnUno said, just go to where he said, doing that will set your story to 0%, it'll reset trust rank as well, it won't affect your buggy parts / customizations or driver skill-tree, but it'll allow you to replay entire Campaign, redo all the side quests and caves, etc.
