What is the difference between Water 2.0 and Conducting Liquid?

No, that's flammable liquid. Flammable is the fire proc, Conducting is the electric proc. The Water 2.0 and Conducting Liquid blueprints even have the same description.

I believe it's just an extended duration with a bit wider AOF.

They are pretty much the same.

Conducting Liquid + Water 2.0 = Guaranteed Electric Proc

Flammable Liquid = Guaranteed Fire Proc

Poison effect on an enemy = 80% chance to proc fire

Freeze Effect negates all elemental damage.

Water should also put out fire and reduce the damage of bleeding/poison
