Quartermaster giving overpowered guns at start.
Is this a bug, an oversight, or some kind of DLC? The tower quartermaster offers a 1200 point shotgun at the start for free which wrecks any progression.

It's because of the current Viral Rush event, the quartermaster gives free weapons and ammo.
